DOVER — One man was arrested and two others are being sought in connection with a shooting April 27, Dover police spokesman Sgt. Mark Hoffman said.

Rayquian Horsey, 21, was taken into custody after reporting to Probation and Parole on Tuesday, according to authorities. Sadique Ingram, 20, and Lamar Howard, 18, remained wanted by police on pending felony charges, Sgt. Hoffman said. All are Dover-area residents.

The arrest stemmed from an incident near the area of Kenton and Walker roads, during which a vehicle driven by a 20-year-old woman was struck by gunfire several times after leaving a gathering for a recent homicide victim at a nearby cemetery, police said. The incident occurred at approximately 12:45 a.m.

The driver was not injured, police added.

Mr. Horsey was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a person prohibited and second-degree conspiracy. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution, Georgetown, on a $47,500 secured bond.

The investigation is ongoing, and police asked anyone with information to call 736-7130. Callers may remain anonymous. Tips may also be submitted through Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333 or here; a cash reward is possible for information leading to an arrest.
