Offshore turbines could help reach climate goals

From Massachusetts to North Carolina, states along the East Coast are banking on a renewable energy source to aid their climate goals: offshore wind.
And, while Delaware may be further behind in the technology than neighboring New Jersey and Maryland, the state is once again exploring the idea of establishing wind turbines off its coast.
