0CEAN VIEW — The Lord Baltimore Women’s Club recently donated to a long-standing educational program featuring a costumed character.

For 20 years as Kody O’Bear, Phil Brown has presented school programs about good health, reading and positive behaviors to about 4,000 children of all learning levels.

During the pandemic, Mr. Brown continued to interact with kids virtually on his website, where family members, home-schoolers and grandparents have easy access to learning programs and nearly 140 videos.
