DOVER — A 46-year-old North Carolina man was sought after an alleged burglary at the Dover Skating Center on May 16, the Delaware State Police said.

James Holway is wanted by Troop 3 on active warrants for third-degree burglary, possession of burglar tools, wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony, and criminal mischief counts.

Police said the alleged incident occurred at approximately 4:10 a.m. when troopers responded to a burglary alarm at the business at 2201 S. Dupont Highway. Further investigation revealed that a suspect had gained access to the building through the roof, police said. Once inside, the suspect removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the register prior to fleeing the scene.
