SALISBURY - Nina Ruth Kleinsmith, 94, of Salisbury, died Wednesday, August 24, 2016, at her home. Born in Jackson, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Grace Willis Martin. She was a World War II Navy veteran, serving as a recruiter in the Great Lakes area. For many years she worked for Giant Foods and later worked as an executive secretary for the U.S. Post Office in Washington, D.C. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Gore, of Salisbury; sister, Lynn Schoemaker, of Covington, Ky.; a grandson; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her companion, of 44 years, Leo Tucci. Private services were held by the family. Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.
