GREENSBORO, Md. - Nettie M. Jump, age 105, of Greensboro, died on Monday, Nov. 28, 2011, in Envoy of Denton. She was born on Oct. 7, 1906, in Ridgely to the late John T. and Georgianna Clough Moore. Mrs. Jump, a lifetime resident of the area, was a homemaker. She was member of the Greensboro Baptist Church where she volunteered as a Sunday school teacher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Edwin Jump Sr. She is survived by her son, Wilson E. Jump Jr. and wife Alice of Denton; one granddaughter, Shelley Joseph; and two great-granddaughters, Krista Davis and Kendall Davis, all of Greensboro. A funeral service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011, at Fleegle & Helfenbein Funeral Home, 106 W Sunset Ave., Greensboro, where family and friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Interment will follow the service in the Greensboro Cemetery.
