DOVER — NASCAR returns to Dover International Speedway in 2016 with two tripleheader weekends, May 13-15 and Sept. 30-Oct. 2.

The May 13-15, 2016 weekend will feature a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race on May 13, the XFINITY Series race on May 14; and the Sprint Cup Series race on May 15.

The Sept. 30-Oct. 2 weekend will feature the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East race on Sept. 30; the XFINITY Series race on Oct. 1; and the “AAA 400” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race on Oct. 2.

The Oct. 2 “AAA 400” again will be the third race of the 10-race Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup and feature the first four eliminations in the 16-driver field. It will be the third consecutive year the Monster Mile will host the first elimination race of the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup playoff.

Tickets are on sale now for the May 13-15 NASCAR tripleheader weekend and deposits of 10 percent can be made on tickets for the Sept. 30-Oct. 2 races.
