CLAYTON - Myrtle May (Jarman) McClements died on Sat., Apr. 11, 2015, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Myrtle was born in Dover on Feb. 15, 1932 to the late Thomas Ward & Clara Bell (Bostic) Jarman. Myrtle graduated in 1950 from John Basset Moore High School (Smyrna). She was a devoted farm wife to her husband, Lawrence, for almost 65 years. In 1993 Myrtle retired after 20 + years from the Delaware Home for the Chronically Ill in Smyrna. Later in life she enjoyed having her nine grandchildren around her on the farm. Myrtle is preceded in death by her siblings, Noble Jarman, Dorcas Peet, Clinton Jarman, Walter Jarman, Bernard Jarman, William Jarman, and Betty (Peet) Heinold. In addition to her husband, Lawrence McClements of Clayton, Myrtle is also survived by hers sons and their spouses, Edward and Joan McClements of Clayton, Ronald and Sharon McClements of Kenton, Richard and Kathy McClements of Clayton, David and Stacy McClements of Clayton.Myrtle is also survived by her grandchildren, Edward Jr, and Leslie McClements, Donald and Katie McClements, Joseph McClements, Ronald II and Stacey McClements, Jessica McClements, Kristie McClements, Richard McClements, Laura McClements and Justin McClements. Myrtle also had five great - grandchildren, Zachary, Raymond, Brianna, Maylee, and Dalton. Her surviving siblings are Edith Rash of Dover, and Kline and Edith Jarman of Hartly. She is also survived by countless nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. Friends may call on Wed. evening from 7 - 9 P.M. at the Trader Funeral Home Inc. 12 Lotus Street, Dover. Funeral services will be Thurs. afternoon at 1 p.m. in the funeral home.Burial will take place at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Camden. Letters of condolence may be sent to
