MILTON — The Milton Chamber of Commerce will host its Second Saturday event this Saturday in the downtown area.
The chamber has partnered with various Milton businesses, attractions and Grass Roots Rescue.
As part of the activities, visitors are encouraged to find a framed picture in a storefront window of the Second Saturday rescue dog, Malin. Look for Malin’s picture, walk into that business, then sign up to win a $50 gift card, compliments of the chamber.
Malin is an adult female pit bull-terrier mix, living with a foster family in Milton. She is 2 years old and housebroken, weighs 35-40 pounds, is crate-trained and loves car rides. Malin has recovered from a severe injury that led to the amputation of her right front leg.
For information on Malin, visit the Milton Chamber of Commerce Facebook page. To learn about Grass Roots Rescue, visit grrde.org.
