GEORGETOWN — Four fugitives have been arrested in connection with investigation into alleged widespread violent criminal activity in Kent and Sussex counties that netted 35 suspects, police said Tuesday.

Richard Robinson, 20, of Philadelphia, and Shamir A. Stratton, 24, of Pennsauken, N.J., were both facing charges of first-degree murder after an alleged home invasion in Millsboro left two men dead on Jan. 14, 2014, the Delaware State Police said.

Mr. Robinson was arrested Friday and held in a Philadelphia prison pending extradition back to Delaware, police said.

Mr. Stratton was arrested Tuesday and held without bail at Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown.

Mr. Robinson is facing 81 charges overall, and Mr. Stratton 21, including first-degree robbery and attempted robbery charges, among other alleged offenses.

Samuel J. Jones, 34, of Millsboro, was arrested Friday on 12 charges, including possession and delivery of cocaine.

He was committed to SCI on $187,500 cash bond.

Rachel R. Rentoul, 30, of Wilmington, was arrested Monday on 13 charges, including home invasion and first-degree robbery. She was released on $65,000 unsecured bond.

A joint operation dubbed “In the House” involving the Delaware State Police and Department of Justice, along with other law enforcement agencies, brought a slew of arrests and indictments announced last Thursday.

Still sought on 81 charges including first-degree murder is Rhamir D. Waples, 19, of Philadelphia.

Jacquelyn Heverin, 24, of Millsboro, is wanted on 13 charges including home invasion and first-degree robbery.

Dean R. Zerden, 47, of Millsboro, is sought on three charges, including possession of cocaine.

Thomas Tallent, 29, of Georgetown, is wanted on three charges, including possession of heroin.

Police asked anyone with information on the location of the wanted persons to contact Sgt. G. Windish at 752-3814.
