LEWES - Michaela Eley Whaley, passed away on Aug. 31, 2012, after a long illness. Born in Milford, Del. on Feb. 18, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Linwood Sr. and Emma Perry Eley. She graduated from Cape Henlopen HS in 1976. She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Whaley; daughters, Pa'Tka and Michaela Eley; sons, Ityre and Jonathan Eley; eight grandchildren; five brothers; and five sisters. Funeral Services will be on Sept. 10, 2012 at noon at St. John's 2nd Baptist Church in Mt. Joy, where friends may call between 10 a.m. to noon. Pastor Leonard Eley will officiate. Interment is private.
