PARSONSBURG - Michael "Mike" Lyn White, 66, of Parsonsburg, died Saturday, April 18, 2015, at his home after a battle with cancer. Born in Salisbury and raised in a small community of Siloam, he was the son of the late James Walton and Ethel Catherine Mills White. He was employed through the years at Jones- Malone Texaco and Mills Motors both in Fruitland. In later years he worked in produce at Sam's Club. He was fond of his fellowship at the Redmen's Lodge in Fruitland and was a past member of the Moose Lodge in Salisbury. He is survived by his wife, Terri Hammond Wilkins White; two stepsons, Aaron Wilkins and Justin Wilkins; brother, Noah White of Frederick, Md.; sisters, Faye Townsend and Janet Wilkins; and many beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Hammer White and sister, June Wilkinson. A funeral service was held Thursday at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury. Interment followed in Springhill Memory Gardens.
