LAUREL - Michael D. Horsey passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Christiana Hospital in Newark. Funeral services will be 12 p.m., Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at the United Bible Deliverance Center, 532 W. 7th St., Laurel. There will be a one hour viewing prior to the service.
