Meet Donyale Hall, Dover’s newest council member

Donyale Hall often classifies herself as three things — a mom to “10 beautiful children,” a veteran and an entrepreneur.

Now, after a narrow Dover City Council race last month, she’s adding another. She believes she is the first woman to represent the 2nd District, which she describes as significant for working moms, as well as female entrepreneurs and veterans.
