Martha Ann Marks, 68 WYOMING - Martha Ann Marks, of Wyoming, passed away quietly with her husband and sisters at her side, Thursday, Aug. 21, 2008, after a short two month battle with cancer. She was 68. Martha was born on June 6, 1940, in Van Buren, Ark., to Rex W. and Netti C. Fine. She was a retired Certified Dietary Manager with the Adores of the Blood of Christ Convent, Wichita, Kan. She also enjoyed various needle work crafts and baking. Martha was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Fine of Fort Smith, Ark.; a son, James R. Marks of Wyoming; two brothers-in-law, Dale Marks of Wichita, and Glenn Marks of Bradenton, Fla. Martha is survived by her husband of 48 years Retired USAF Technical Sergeant, Claude Marks of Wyoming; three sons, Retired Air Force Staff Sergeant Charles Marks and his wife Robin of Milord, USAF Colonel Robert Marks and his wife Kim of Oklahoma, and Daniel Marks of Wyoming; her mother-in-law, Opal Marks of Bradenton, Fla.; sister-in-law, Donna Marks of Bradenton; three sisters, Beth Stroble and her husband Ron of Arkansas, Janie Lundquist and her husband Dave of New Jersey, and Mary Hightower and her husband Kenneth of Arkansas; brother, Jim Fine and his wife Susan of Louisiana; and four grandchildren. Graveside services will be 1 p.m., Oct. 3 at Arlington National Cemetery, Va. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Compassionate Care Hospice, 5610 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington, DE 19808; or Holy Cross Church, 631 S. State St., Dover, DE 19901.
