DOVER - Marsha E. Powell passed away on Oct. 1, 2013. A Public Viewing will be held on Fri., Oct. 11, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division St., Dover. Funeral services will be held on Sat., Oct. 12, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Welcome Full Gospel Church, 8426 Brick Granary Road, Lincoln, 19960 where friends may call two hours prior to the service. Arrangements entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover, DE.
