MARYDEL - Marjorie Morgan passed away peacefully at home Friday, Feb. 8, 2013. She was born in Wilmington, Del. on May 26, 1921 to the late Ben Jefferson and Vera Brinsfield. She had worked for International Playtex and General Foods. Marjorie was a hard worker. She loved animals and loved to dance and enjoyed country music. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three husbands, James Wiest, Joseph Hawkins, and Ralph Morgan; daughter, Connie Farrel; sons, Harry Wiest, Jeff Hawkins, and Wayne Hawkins; grandson, Bryson Farrel; step-brothers, James Brinsfield and Thomas Brinsfield; step-sister, Victoria Farllace; son-in-laws, Frank Skillman and Edward Stella. Mrs. Morgan is survived by sons, James Wiest of Carney, N.J., Richard Wiest of Dover; daughters, Shirley Stella of Dover, Doris Ferrandino of Del Ray Beach, Fla., Barbara Harrison of Dover, Sandra Skillman of Hardy, Va., Nancy Hurd of Smyrna, and Terri Jo Roades of Marydel; step-sister, Frances Brinsfield of Hartly; 38 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren. Service will be at noon on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013 at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where friends may view one hour prior. Burial will follow at Thomas Chapel Cemetery.
