Ocean View - Marie-Claire Kirby, of Ocean View, Del. formerly of Rockville, Md., passed away quietly on Thursday, October 9, 2014 after a long and treasured life. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 691 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, Del. Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Lewes, Del.
