Mae Naomi Jakobowski, 80
MILLSBORO - Mae Naomi Jakobowski of Millsboro, formerly of Pasadena, Md., passed away Thursday, Sept. 27, 2007, at her home. She was 80.
She was born in Baltimore, daughter of the late Harry and Hilda Wasmus.
Mrs. Jakobowski was a retired tester for Westinghouse Electric Corp. of Maryland.
She was a member of the American Legion Post 28 of Oak Orchard and the AMVETS.
Mrs. Jakobowski enjoyed crochet, sewing and reading gossip magazines.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard J. Jakobowski.
She is survived by a son, John Joseph Jakobowski; a daughter, Linda Kalister and her husband Martin; a sister, Beulah Nunnally and her husband Richard; a grandson, Ronnie L. Smith; and two great-grandchildren, Brittany Smith and Quinten Smith.
Services and burial are private.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Delaware Hospice, Southern Division, 20167 Office Circle, Georgetown, DE 19947.
