DOVER - Lottie L. McDougall, of Dover, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, April 18, 2014, in her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was 91. Lottie, born August 23, 1922, in Crumpton, Md.; was one of nine children, born to Ben and Mary Graham, all deceased. She is survived by four children, Faye L. She loved visiting with her nieces and nephews when they stopped to see her. Lottie enjoyed going to dinners with her family, didn't matter where, as long as they were going somewhere. She loved sharing birthday parties with her family. She was a great cook, and frequently made her famous pots of soup to share with everyone. Lottie was a devout Christian lady, who enjoyed going to church at Calvary Assembly of God, Dover; and reading her Bible. She will be missed by all. The family wishes to extend a special Thank You to the Compassionate Hospice Team, and to Denise, who cared for her in her final days. Funeral Services will be 1 p.m., Monday, April 28, 2014, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming; where family and friends may view one hour before.
