Lake goalies Kyra Moyer and Kasie Burd combined for eight saves as both squads took six corner kicks. The Spartans (4-6-2) have a three-game unbeaten streak.
Dover’s Iyana Dixon made 12 saves.
Polytech 11, Red Lion Christian 1: Kylee LaVere netted five goals while Natalie Velazquez added three in the Panthers’ victory.
Del. Military 1, Delmar 0: Wildcats goalie Lily Baker made 10 saves as the Seahawks tallied the winning goal in the 75th minute.
DMA held advantages of 22-9 in shots and 5-2 in corner kicks.
First State Military 3, Christiana 0: Kyndall Wyngaard netted a pair of goals as the Bulldogs picked up their first win of the season.

Tower Hill 17, Dover 16: The Hillers outscored the Senators, 7-6, in the second half to register the win.
Superia Clark had seven goals for Dover, Kyleigh Dill (1 assist) had six and Ashtyn Torbert (5 assists had two. Shiana Hall-Carter made nine saves as both teams took 30 shots.
Milford 20, A.I. duPont 1: The Buccaneers netted 14 first-half goals en route to the victory.
Caravel 18, Indian River 5: Kylie Harris scored four goals for IR while Caylee Schmidt made five saves.
Baseball
Polytech 8, A.I. DuPont 2: The Panthers (6-7) use a five-run fifth to break a 1-1 tie and post their fourth win in the last five games.
Pitcher Tyler Brown earned the victory while Tyler Henry had a two-run single to put Polytech ahead.
Lake Forest 18, M.O.T. Charter 3: Adam Schiff went 3-for-3, with two doubles, a grand slam and eight RBI in the Spartans’ non-conference victory.
Pitcher Cole Miller picked up his first varsity after striking out five in four innings.
The Mustangs got an RBI single from Solomon Devard.
Indian River 11, St. Andrew’s 0: Roman Keith hit three home runs to power the Indians (9-4).
Frank Bunting and Colby Willey pitched a five-inning four-hitter in IR’s fourth shutout of the season.
Delmarva Christian 12, Salisbury Christian 1: Tommy Obertubbesing went 5-for-5 to pace the Royals’ 17-hit attack.
Chandler Brown allowed only one run and two hits in four innings to notch the victory.
Softball
Delmarva Christian 11, Salisbury Christian 0: Taylor Lowe and Lily Hutt combined to pitch a five-inning no-hitter for the Royals.
Lowe also hit a pair of doubles.
Delmar 13, Early College 0: The Wildcats blanked the Hornets in a Henlopen South matchup.
Red Lion 11, Dover 1: Kayloni Dixon hit a double for the Senators in the loss.

Dover 16, Delcastle 1: The Senators (7-5) ran their winning streak to five in a row.
Milford 11, Lake Forest 2: Anthony Iafornaro netted three goals while Kolin Thompson added two goals and an assist in the Buccaneers’ victory.
Indian River 21, Sussex Tech 3: The Indians rolled to the victory over the Ravens.
Boys’ volleyball
Smyrna 3, Brandywine 1: The Eagles bounced back from a first-set loss to down the Bulldogs, 14-25, 25-13, 25-18, 25-18.
Track & field
Bucs second at Tower Hill: Milford High’s track team took second in both the boys’ and girls’ meets of the initial Bob Behr Invitational, held at Tower Hill on Saturday.
The Buccaneer girls were led by LaNiya Robinson, who won the 200 in 27.88 seconds, and Paige Thompson, who leapt 33 feet 3 inches to win the triple jump, and a victory in the distance medley relay. Faith Mitchell in the 3200 and Kaitlin Sivels in the shot put both finished second.
Eric Perry won the 3200 meters in 10:476.7, while Benjamin Gusciora and Jayvon Laguerre both leapt 6 feet to finish 1-2 in the high jump. The distance medley relay finished first and KeShawn White added a second-place medal in the shot put.
Eleven schools competed in the event, named for Tower Hill’s Hall of Fame track coach from 1962 to 1981.
College football
Hens’ Kroll gets NFL invites: Delaware offensive lineman David Kroll has received invitations to compete in rookie minicamps for both the Chicago Bears and the Indianapolis Colts.
Kroll earned three All-America nods as a senior to give him six total selections for his career.
College lacrosse
DelTech falls in Mid-Atlantic: The Delaware Tech men’s lacrosse team went 1-1 over the weekend, winning the Region 19 title before falling in the Mid-Atlantic championship game.
DelTech beat Union County, 20-5, on Friday before losing to Nassau, 27-7, on Saturday.
Against Union, DelTech was paced by freshman Brandon Tice (6 goals, 1 assist), sophomore Jack Dennis (4 goals, 2 assists), and sophomore Conor Christie (4 goals0.
Against Nassau, which is ranked fifth nationally, Dennis scored four goals and sophomore Matt Kracyla scored two.
DelTech set a school record for goals in a season (249) while Christie set a school record for total points (87).
UD’s Kilkeary honored again: Delaware senior goalkeeper Matt Kilkeary has been named the CAA Player of the Week for the third time this year.
He recorded a career-high 19 saves to help the Blue Hens to a 14-12 win over Fairfield.
College baseball
Norfolk State 13, Delaware State 12: Trey Paige hit a grand slam and finished with six RBI but it wasn’t enough in the Hornets’ MEAC loss on Sunday.
Paige’s 10th homer of the year gave DelState (14-14 MEAC, 17-21 overall) an 11-10 lead in top of the eighth. But the Spartans rallied for the victory with a run in the bottom of the eighth and two in the ninth.
Charleston 9, Delaware 0: Cougar pitchers Emmett Bice and Reed Parris combined on a five-hitter as the Blue Hens (6-9 CAA, 22-20 overall) were shut out for the first time.
College softball
Howard 8, Delaware State 5: Howard completed a three-game series sweep of the Hornets in their season finale on Sunday. DSU finishes with a record of 4-33.
