Senior Becky Gohsler’s career day led Delaware to an 18-11 victory over Bryant in women’s lacrosse on Sunday afternoon.

Gohsler posted six goals, which tied a career-high set in a season-opening win against Georgetown last spring. It also tied a career-high in points (6), which she’s now done three times in her career.

Sophomores Sarah Bedard and Claire D’Antonio also had career-highs, both scoring four goals in the victory for the Blue Hens (3-5). Classmate Sydney Rausa continued her torrid pace with her fifth hat trick of the season and fourth consecutive, finishing with three goals.

A man-up goal from D’Antonio ignited a five-goal spurt in a span of less than 90 seconds that gave Delaware a 9-4 lead that it would never relinquish.
