Felton-Harrington downed Camden-Wyoming, 12-1, on Friday evening to stay alive in the District I Senior League softball tournament.
Felton-Harrington is slated to play again today at 7 p.m. in Middletown in the losers’ bracket finals.
Milford faced Smyrna-Clayton in the winners’ bracket finals in Friday’s late game. The district finals are scheduled for Sunday night.
Smyrna-Clayton 16, Camden-Wyoming 6: In a game played Wednesday, Smyrna-Clayton posted the victory as winning pitcher Ken Payton struck out five in four-plus innings.
Chyenne Silves went 4-for-5 and Tenaya Wilson was 2-for-4 to pace Smyrna-Clayton.
For Camden-Wyoming, Allette Monsanto and Ella Wadham both had multiple hits.
