Brandywine advances to the East Regional, which is being played in Freehold, N.J.
Camden-Wyoming finished with a record of 4-2 in its two all-star tournament appearances.

Naamans 12, MOT 0: The District II champions moved on to the state finals with the shutout win on Thursday.
MOT (1-1) will face Milton (0-1) on Friday at 7 p.m. at Newark National with the winner playing Naamans in Saturday’s championship game.
The state champion earns a berth in the Mid-Atlantic Regional in Brsitol, Conn.
8-10 tournament
MOT 7, Lewes 4: The District I champions advanced to the state finals with the victory on Thursday night.
MOT (1-1) will face Canal (2-0) on Friday at 7 p.m. in Lewes. The Middletown squad needs a win to force a second game for the title on Friday.

Delmar, Md. 9, Georgetown 3: The Maryland state champions erupted for eight runs in the fourth inning to erase a two-run deficit and earn a trip to the World Series in Greenville, N.C.
Delmar, which finished 4-0 in the tournament, sent 13 batters in the fourth, finishing with seven of its 14 hits in the inning.
Karly Kruger and Makayla Eikenberry each had a hit and an RBI for
Georgetown (4-2), which had a three-game winning streak snapped. Adeline Lutz added a double and scored a run for Georgetown, which had five hits in the contest.
The Delaware state champions scored twice in the bottom of the first but added only one fifth-inning run the rest of the way.
C-W’s Moran to be crew chief in Series: Camden-Wyoming’s Ed Moran was one of four veteran umpires named a crew chief for this year’s Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pa.
The tournament will have 16 first-time umpires this year as well as a larger field of 20 teams. The crew chiefs have been added to “provide more guidance and leadership.”
Moran, who is the crew chief for the East Region, has been a Little League umpire since 2007, including a member of the Delaware District 1 staff since 2010. He served as an umpire in Williamsport in 2018.
Over the last decade, Moran has served as a crew chief at both the district and state level and has umpired at the Little League, Intermediate, and Junior League baseball divisions.

MEAC Media Day on Friday: Delaware State will take part in MEAC Football Media Day, which is being held on Friday at the Hilton The Main in downtown Norfolk, Va., at 9 a.m.
There will be a live show, streamed live on ESPN+, hosted by Tiffany Greene and Jay Walker, beginning at 11 a.m. Delaware State head coach Rod Milstead will be joined by senior linebacker Kamari Jackson and junior wide receiver Bizzett Woodley to share their thoughts on the upcoming season.
