Cape Henlopen High held Lake Forest without a shot in blanking the Spartans, 3-0, in a Henlopen Conference field hockey game on Saturday.
The contest was played at the University of Delaware’s Rullo Stadium as part of the annual Turf Bowl event.
Alia Marshall (1 assist) scored a first-half goal for Cape with Noelle Sabbagh and Jacqueline Cannon adding goals in the second half. The Vikings finished with advantages of 18-0 in shots and 8-0 in corner kicks.
Goalie August Lewis made 10 saves for the Spartans.
Delmar 7, Smyrna 0: Josie Hollamon scored twice in the first half to pace the Wildcats in another Turf Bowl matchup.
Unbeaten Delmar held advantages of 25-0 in shots and 21-0 in corners. The Wildcats also got two goals from Ashlyn Carr and one each from Morgan Bradford, Paige Lynch and Maci Bradford.
Katelynn Porter made 20 saves for the Eagles.

WOMEN, Wesley 4, Neumann 2: The Wolverines earned their first Atlantic East Conference victory of the season.
Mackenzie Forsythe netted three goals for Wesley (1-1 AEC, 6-3-1 overall) with Allison Backert tallying the other. Goalkeeper Kiyanna Gill tallied three saves to earn her first collegiate win.
MEN, Hofstra 1, Delaware 0: The Pride used a first-half goal to earn the CAA win over the Blue Hens, who got three saves from Todd Morton.
