DELAWARE CITY - Linda E. Hurd of Governor Bacon Health Center passed away June 16, 2014. She was 67. Linda was born on April 8, 1947, daughter of the late Robert and Florence (Hill) Riggin. Graveside service will be 3 p.m., today, Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, Frederica. Arrangements are by Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming.
