Saunders, 66 DOVER - Lewis Henry Saunders passed away Oct. 8, 2012 at Kent General Hospital following a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born Aug. 16, 1946 to Pomtey and Ernestine Saunders in Holland, Va. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Ella Mae Saunders; son, Lymaine Saunders; brothers, William and Edward Young, and Paul and Pomtey Saunders, Jr.; sisters, Dolly Williams and Gladys Saunders; as well as a host of family and friends. A viewing will be held in Wyoming at the Pippin Funeral Home on Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012 from 3 to 5 p.m. Cremation will follow.
