Trey Paradee was very helpful to homeowners on leased land. I am an owner of a “leased-land” manufactured home and as a member of a homeowners association, I helped to get support for rent increase protection. The unlimited increases we were trying to protect ourselves from needed action from the Delaware General Assembly and our representatives and senators needed to be made aware of our problems. Trey Paradee took time and listened to the homeowners before he decided how he would vote on the matter. He invited us to his office/home and after learning about our dilemma, he gave us support and, subsequently, his vote. Homeowners in manufactured homes should support him with their vote. He will make an excellent senator.
