Pierce Earl Legar, 27 DOVER - Leonard 'Lenny' Pierce Earl Legar, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012 at his home. Lenny was born June 4, 1985 in Dover, the son of Leonard Lee Legar of Clayton, and Karen Sue Argo Davis of Felton. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Marguerite and Lambert Argo; his paternal grandmother, Bernice F. Legar; and his aunt, Nancy Argo. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his step-father, Roger Davis of Felton; three sisters, Kareylenn Legar and her fiancée James Thompson of Hartly, Molly Davis of Dover, and Emerald Davis of Felton; a brother, Roger G. Davis of Dover; paternal grandfather, Willard P. Legar of Kenton; his aunt, Cynthia Vogl of Dover; his uncles, Wayne Argo and his wife Sandy, of Bethany Beach, Rick Legar of Hartly, and Bernie Legar also of Hartly; cousins, Zachary Vogl, Patrick Argo, Kenneth Argo, Susan Mutz, 'Little' Rick Legar, Malinda Legar, Christina Legar, and Lauren and Nicole Legar; and his best friend, Billy Hengst of Alaska. A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, at the Faries Funeral Chapel, located at 29 S. Main St., Smyrna. Funeral services will begin at noon.
