MILTON - Leona M. Wyatt passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at Harbor Healthcare Center. Leona was born in Milford, daughter of the late Thomas D. and Mae H. (Hall) Courtney. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Milton Senior Citizens and enjoyed bowling. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Harold C. Wyatt, Sr.,; Two sons, Harold C. Wyatt, Jr., and Melvin Wyatt; and an infant son. She is survived by nine children, Laverna M. Bush, Bonnie Lee Porter, Harold C. Wyatt, Jr., Dennis B. Wyatt, Thomas D. Wyatt, Carol A. Tallent, Kelvin J. Wyatt, Debbie L. Givens and Amy Jo Wyatt; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2013 in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal Street, Milton with visitation after 11 a.m. Burial will be in Milford Community Cemetery.
