MILLSBORO - Mr. Lee A. Bliss passed away at home on Feb. 2, 2013 surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Wanda Bliss of Millsboro; seven children, Helen Taylor (Edward) of Bloxom, Va., Susan Herbst (Charles) of Bridgeville, Mary Eddy (Eddie) of Pine City, N.Y., Janice Calloway (Chris) of Laurel, Judy Cook (Brian) of Greenwood, David Bliss of Georgetown, Laurie DeFrancisco of Millsboro; half-brother, Dennis Bliss (Janice) Tioga, Pa.; he is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
