Kent County IT officials outline network intrusion

First, it was a missed call from Kent County Levy Court director of public safety Kevin Sipple.
Then another from the county’s network administrator Mary Hazelwood.
After those, Kent’s information technology director Joseph Simmons knew there must be an issue early July 8.
