WILMINGTON - Kaitlin Nichole Krick passed away Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at University of Maryland Medical Center. Kaitlin loved taking care of her son and spending time with her family. She enjoyed reading James Patterson books, painting, drawing, and loved animals, especially cats. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Patrick Walsh; and her fiancé, Ian Scott Klima, Sr. She is survived by her son, Ian Scott Klima, Jr.; mother, Kathleen (Kate) Krick, both of Wilmington; father, Kevin Krick, of N.C.; sister, Kasie Krick; brother, Shane Walsh, both Wilmington; and numerous aunts and uncles. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 18, 2013 at the First Baptist Church of Milford, 6062 Old Shawnee Road, Milford. Arrangements handled by Berry-Short Funeral Home, Milford. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
