FRANKFORD - Julia Anne Meiers, died at her home on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013. After a long career at Navy Federal Credit Union, she retired to Delaware in 2005. She enjoyed bowling, trivia, scrabble and working in her yard and garden, but her real love was cooking and baking. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 38040 Muddy Neck Road in Ocean View, where friend may call after 10 a.m. Her final resting place will be at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery in Md.
