Roberts Evans, 65 DOVER - Judith P. Roberts Evans, died Sept. 26, 2012 at Bay Health Medical Center, Dover. Born in Milford, Del., she was the daughter of the late Stephen W. and L. June Luzier Roberts. Judy had worked as a Representative for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Delaware from 1964 until 1984. She later served as Clerk for the Town of Camden, Delaware from 1984 until 1995. Judy enjoyed the Arts, Antiquing, Politics and the New York Times Crossword Puzzles and in her quieter moments she cherished the time spent with her husband and family. A kind and gentle woman, Judy will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Edward Roberts; her granddaughter, Elizabeth Malloy; and her husband, Richard "Dick" Evans in 2009. Judy leaves her two dedicated sisters, Mary Ann Montsch and her husband Raymond of Dover, and Maxine R. Howard and her husband Rev. Jerald Howard of Milford; three step-children, Richard and Maggie Evans, Scott and Donna Evans all of Wilmington, and Cindy Malloy of Raleigh, N.C.; six grandchildren, Samantha Malloy, Jack Malloy, Ricky Evans, Heather Evans, Logan Evans and Blake Evans; also survived by her sister-in-law, Sue Roberts; and brother-in-law, James Evans; along with seven nieces and nephews, Michael Roberts, Brian and Jody Roberts, J.P. Howard, Jaime Howard, Joel and Heather Howard, Steven Montsch, and Dr. Kim Bates. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Judy's life which will be held at noon on Monday, Oct. 1, 2012, in the Duncan Center located at 500 West Loockerman Street, Dover, where friends may call starting at 11 a.m. Guest Book Signings and Condolences may be made via www.ambruso .com.
