DOVER - Josephine Brooks of Dover, Del. passed away on June 18, 2013 in Capital Nursing Home of Dover. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 21, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Crossroad Christian Church, North DuPont Highway, Dover. Viewing will be held 2 hours before memorial service. Letters of condolence may be sent and a guess book may be signed at www.benniesmithfuneralhome.com. Arrangements are being handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
