Smryna - Joseph Owens, Sr. born September 28, 1934 departed this life on March 9, 2015. He was 80. Services will be 11 a.m., Thursday March 19, 2015 at the Delaware Hospital for the Chronically Ill, 100 Sunnyside Road, Smyrna. There will be a one hour viewing prior to the service. The Interment will be at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro.
