DELMAR - John K. Rust died suddenly Feb. 19, 2014 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Salisbury, Md. John love to work with his hands, had the ability to make others laugh, and would help anybody in need. John enjoyed and often went to Dove Point in Salisbury, where he had many close friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Anna Mae King. John is survived by a daughter Melaine Rust of Waltham, Ma.; seven siblings, Carlton Rust, Rodney Rust, Randy Rust, and Wanda Rust all of Seaford, Ronnie Rust of Greenwood, Rodger Rust of Bridgeville, and Debbie Malliarakis of New Port News, Va.; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Fleischauer Funeral Home, 16 W. Market St., Greenwood, DE. Friends may call one hour prior to funeral services. Interment will be held at Cokesbury Cemetery in Georgetown.
