MILLSBORO - Mr. John Henry Mitchell, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2013. Mr. Mitchell was born on March 29, 1949 in Millsboro, Del. to the late Joseph F. and Madeline M. Baker Mitchell. A chapel service will take place at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE 19966. Burial with military honors will follow.
