ELLENDALE - John H. Plummer, 82, of Ellendale, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 18, 2011, at Bayhealth/Milford Memorial Hospital. He was 82. John was born in Millsboro, the son of the late William P. and Sophronia (Warrington) Plummer. He worked in maintenance for Draper King Cole and then was the town manager for Milton for 13 years He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Thelma (Warrington) Plummer; son, Robert Warrington and his wife Lori of Ellendale; one sister, Doris Hitchens; two brothers, Charlie Plummer of Ellendale, Virgil Plummer of Millsboro; and three grandchildren, Brooke Warrington, Brittany Warrington, and R.J. Warrington. Funeral Services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011, in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal St., Milton, where friends may call Wednesday night from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Milton.
