Joan M. Emerick, 86
SHARPTOWN - Joan M. Emerick, died Sunday, Dec. 27, 2020, at Coastal Hospice At The Lake in Salisbury. Her parents were the late Joseph and Mary Eastman O'Malley.
She was U.S. Navy veteran, beginning her naval career at the Bethesda Naval Hospital. She most recently worked for 20 years for MAC Inc. in Salisbury.
She is survived by her daughter, Colleen M. Chance-Judy of Sharptown; and two grandsons.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald J. Emerick.
A visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 8, 2021, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury. A funeral service will be held privately.
