MILLSBORO - Jennifer Anne Radcliffe "Jena" of Millsboro, Del., passed away on July 15, 2013. Jena was born on Feb. 9, 1979 to the late John Saltar and Eleanor Saltar who survives her. A Memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the Milton Wesleyan Church, 415 Union St., Milton, DE 19968. Pastor Tim Wilson will officiate. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to help offset funeral and medical expenses. Donations may be made to Watson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 125, Millsboro, DE 19966. Letters of condolence may be emailed via www.watsonfh.com
