MILFORD - Janice H. Mills passed away on Mon., Mar. 23, 2015 at home. Janice was born in Monticello, N.Y. the daughter of the late Robert and Blanche (Levesque) Harlow. She was a graduate of the Mary Hitchcock School of Nursing at Dartmouth College. She worked as a Registered Nurse for 30 years at Beebe Medical Center, Lewes and finishing her career at Milford Memorial Hospital, retiring in 2005. She enjoyed painting and doing puzzles on her computer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Blanchard H. Mills in 2013; her daughter Shannon Carlino in 2007 and a brother Charles Harlow. She is survived by her daughter, Laura Mills; two grandchildren, Alannah and Ryan Carlino; and a brother, Robert Harlow. Services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
