MILLSBORO - James Lee Willis, Sr., passed away Feb. 23, 2013. He is survived by his children, Paula (James), James Lee, Jr. (Shelly), and Raymond; daughter-in-law, Colleen; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several step-children; step brothers and step sisters extended family and many friends; and two special friends, Richie and Roseanne. All services and arrangements are private, and will be scheduled later in Pa., where he will be interred.
