Irene Mary Pinder

BRIDGEVILLE - Irene Mary Pinder died on Fri., Aug. 30, 2013 at Genesis at Milford, Del. She was born in Bridgeville on Mar. 11, 1935, daughter of the late Thomas Fletcher Williamson and Helen Warrington Williamson. She enjoyed watching wrestling on television and had done so her entire life. However, spending time with her family was most important to her. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sheila Pinder. She is survived by three sons, Gilbert A. Pinder, Bridgeville, Tom Pinder of Rutherfordton, N.C. and Walter Pinder of Federalsburg, Md.; her daughter, Leta Banks-Pinder of Greenwood, Del.; her sister, Rita Shingledecker of Waynesboro, Pa.; eight grandchildren, David, Joe, Stacey, Harvery, Erik, Gilbert B., Josh, Destiny; and nine great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Thurs., Sept. 5, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Hardesty Chapel, 202 Laws Street, Bridgeville, DE where friends may call begining at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Bridgeville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, DE Valleychapter, PO BOX 625, Georgetown, DE 19947.
