DOVER — So it looks like Delaware State will play Howard again this spring after all.
The Hornets (1-1) and Bison (0-1) are now scheduled to play in football on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Howard’s Greene Stadium in Washington, D.C.
The contest was originally slated to be played on March 27 but was postponed because of COVID-19 issues within the Bison program. Howard’s one other remaining game, against South Carolina State on April 10 is still listed as canceled.
Delaware State beat the Bison, 17-10, in Dover on Feb. 27. The Hornets haven't played since March 13 when it lost to South Carolina State, 17-9.
Saturday’s game with DSU is scheduled to air live on ESPN3 and rebroadcast on ESPNU on Sunday. The Delaware State broadcast of the game will also be audio streamed on HSRN.com.
The Hornets also scheduled to host Delaware on April 10 and South Carolina State on Apr. 17 at Alumni Stadium.
