Hideko S. Lavender, 85

MILFORD - Hideko S. Lavender, died Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008, in the Milford Center. She was 85. Mrs. Lavender was born Feb. 22, 1923 in Taiwan. Mrs. Lavender was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen A. Lavender. She is survived by her son, Tom Lavender and his wife Gina, of Magnolia; and her granddaughter, Kyla Lavender. Memorial services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601-7633.
