FISHING CREEK - A service to celebrate the life of Herman Twigg will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, at Brookview United Methodist. Herman H. Twigg of Fishing Creek, 88, died Friday, March 7.
Mr. Twigg was a member of the Brookview United Methodist Church in Brookview where he enjoyed singing and playing his mandolin and guitar at weekly church services there. He also was a member of the Hosier Memorial Church in Fishing Creek where he also taught Sunday school.
His family invites all who knew Herman to attend this special memorial service to remember the life of Herman Twigg.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Brookview United Methodist Church, 6015 Lone Pine Road, Rhodesdale, MD 21659 or to Hosier Memorial Church in Fishing Creek.
