Parker, Jr., 65 DOVER - Herbert Wesley Parker, Jr. passed away Monday, Feb. 11, 2013 at Harbor House Health Center in Lewes. He was born on Nov. 28, 1947 in Suffolk, Va. to the late Herbert and Ethel Gay Parker, Sr. Mr. Parker was a truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Ferris Ann Parker of Dover; children, Cynthia Cooke of N.C., Charles Parker of Dover, and Trisha Parker of Ocean City, Md.; brother, Charles W. Parker of Magnolia, Del.; and eight grandchildren. Remembrance services will be held at 11 a.m. Sat., Feb. 16, 2013 at Trader Funeral Home in Dover. Friends may call one hour before the service at the funeral home. The family request that memorial contributions be given to St. Johns Lutheran Early Learning Center 113 Lotus Street Dover, DE 19901.
