TOWNSEND/DOVER - Helen F. Carnell, of Townsend and Dover passed away peacefully on Saturday March 19, 2016 at Season's Hospice, Christiana Hospital surrounded by her family. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend funeral services on Friday, March 25 at 11 a.m. at Gracelawn Memorial Park Chapel, 2220 N. DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720. Viewing will be from 10 – 11 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent in Helen's memory to C Diff Foundation, 6931 Ian Court, #14, New Port Richey, Fla. 34653 or Seasons Hospice, 220 Continental Drive, Suite 101, Newark, DE 19713.
